| Meet CraigI moved to Seattle in 1998 and immediately fell in love with the Pacific Northwest and all it has to offer. I made the decision to transition from a ten-year career in property management to residential real estate so I could remain in the area. I have since had a successful career in real estate as a top producer with John L. Scott in Seattle proudly serving my clients since 2005. I have received both Certified Buyer and Seller representation certifications, Seattle Magazine’s “Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction" award and I am currently a John L. Scott President’s Elite award recipient for 2020 and 2021. I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and I strive to exceed their expectations every day. I achieve this by listening to their needs and leaning on my experience and knowledge to guide them through the real estate transaction, ultimately achieving their goals. Outside of real estate my focus is on my family. I also enjoy traveling, watching live sports and I like to stay active by playing golf, cycling, and going the gym. |

Seattle is a fantastic city for a lot of reasons, but one of the best things about it is the natural beauty that surrounds us. Nothing beats a crystal clear day when you can see the Olympic Mountains and Mount Rainier. But even on rainy days which, yes, we do have a few of here, the views of Puget Sound and Lake Washington are breathtaking. Seattle has a rainy reputation, but our best kept secret is how spectacular our summers are. While a lot of the country is sweltering with heat and humidity, we're basking in the perfect warm days and our long summer days allow us to enjoy water sports, hiking and cycling and tending to our gardens. In the winter, skiing and snowboarding are only an hour away. People recognize Seattle by the Space Needle and Pike Place Market, but we also have a thriving arts and cultural scene, great art museums, symphony, opera, and ballet.
